【今年度の留意すべきポイント】The things you need to know.

(1) 論題は，HEnDAに準じます。Dutch形式となるようです（Debate-topic-HEnDA-13-180805←updated）。

Resolved: That Japan should legalize voluntary active euthanasia.
日本国は，本人の意思による積極的安楽死を合法化すべきである。是か非か。

The proposition for this contest is the same with that of HEnDA national. Please refer to the document: Debate-topic-HEnDA-13-180805

(2) ルールもHEnDAの第10回大会（2015年）ルールに準じます（日本語・English）。ただし，予選の数などが違います。相違点は鹿児島大会ルールを参照して下さい。HEnDA 2015 Rules will be employed as the ones for this contest (Rules in English). For some differences, please refer to the Kagoshima rules.(updated on Sep 23rd, 2018)
